Enjoying God Everyday
Pastor Gaylon Clark teaches from Colossians 3:15–17 that enjoying God every day is less about doing more religious activities and more about staying aware of God’s presence in our ordinary life. He explains that distractions like busyness, fatigue, and loneliness dull our awareness of God, but when we intentionally do everything “in the name of Jesus,” even small tasks become sacred and meaningful. Through practical rhythms—such as beginning the day with Scripture, praying brief “micro-prayers,” embracing silence, and reframing work as worship—helps us, as believers, practice God’s presence imperfectly but consistently.
