May is Mental Health Awareness Month
This May, we are setting aside intentional space to care for our mental and emotional well-being as a church family. Mental health matters to God, and it matters to us—because people matter.
Throughout the month, we will address real-life topics like anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional resilience, offering biblical truth alongside practical guidance. We’ll also provide opportunities to hear stories of hope, connect with others, and access trusted resources and support.
Our goal is to create a church culture where it’s safe to be honest, where no one has to struggle alone, and where healing and growth are possible through Christ-centered community.
Whether you are walking through a difficult season or supporting someone who is, we invite you to lean in, learn, and take a step toward wholeness with us.
